What's your treasure?

I have tried six of these recipes so far and all of them turned out AMAZING! Better than most cheesecakes I have bought in bakeries or at restaurants, and I am not an experienced baker. I love to cook, but have always been somewhat intimidated by the world of desserts! This collection got my interest because of the 8 minute cheesecake recipe, but when that came out great I decided to try a couple unusual ones, and found equal success with the chocolate cheesecake and then got bold with the Amaretto Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce... oh man! That is my favorite so far! I plan to try out the Cranberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake next. Of course I guess I'll have to buy new pants next week at this rate!
